The current focus of vocational education was on better cultivating students' CTC understanding and integrity competency through these activities. There should be a strong emphasis in vocational education on developing students' cultural competency by helping them better understand the value of CTC and the alternative stages in which it can be used. This will help students become more comfortable interacting with people while also helping them better understand China's values. This paper presents a novel hybridized long-short term memory and recurrent neural network (Hybridized LSTM-RNN) to predict the capability of vocational education students. First, collected datasets are standardized through the normalization technique in pre-processing stage to eliminate unwanted errors. Then, Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology is used in the CTC teaching application. The proposed approach is applied in the prediction stage. This approach's performance metrics are examined and compared with certain standard techniques to obtain this research with the greatest effectiveness. The findings of this research are accomplished by employing the Origin tool.</p> Beibei Jiang Copyright (c) 2022 2022-06-04 2022-06-04 22 2 1 14 Research Culture among Higher Education Institutions of Saudi Arabia and its impact on faculty performance: Assessing the Role of Instrumentality, Research Infrastructure, and Knowledge Production https://jestp.com/index.php/estp/article/view/1583 <p>Evaluation of Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs) and faculty members depends on scientific study. Effective research culture among HEIs helps faculty members and HEIs improve their performance in this area. Unfortunately, little empirical study has been conducted to determine what elements influence research culture in higher education institutions and how to research culture increases staff performance. Consequently, this study aims to empirically explore the effects of research infrastructure, knowledge generation, and organizational instrumentality on research culture, which affects the job performance of faculty members. 249 faculty members from various Saudi Arabian HEIs provided information that was examined using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) and Amos-16. This study found that knowledge production, research infrastructure, and organizational instrumentality positively affect research culture and the job performance of faculty members, with the exception that research culture does not mediate the relationship between knowledge production and unproductive work behavior. In addition, the relationship between research infrastructure and contextual performance is not mediated by research culture. This study's findings will assist higher education institutions, research centers, and faculty members build a thriving research culture, which is impossible without research infrastructure, knowledge generation, and organizational instrumentality. This requirement actively promotes research and teaching of basic theories, beneficial to the career development of students. This study clarified the dialectical relation between thermodynamic equilibrium constant and reaction rate constant through the contrast thinking method. Findings reveal that both isobaric Van't Hoff equation and Arrhenius equation had four similar forms, and the change in the trend of both constants showed a similar law. By the derivation of the formation rate constant of product (<em>K</em>Y) and the consumption rate constant of the reactant (<em>K</em>A), the ratio of both constants at the end state indicated the nature of equilibrium state in agreement with that of thermodynamic equilibrium constant (). This study has thus presented that the thermodynamic equilibrium constant contained the characteristics of microscopic dynamics based on the analysis of the reaction mechanism, and both constants are organically connected and unified. The reaction enthalpy and activation energy are closely related to each other with the same connotation.</p> Tao Jin Fan-Mei Kong Bao-Yin Yan Gui-Zhai Zhang Qing Liu Qiu-Yue He Xiao-Yan Zhou Copyright (c) 2022 2022-06-09 2022-06-09 22 2 29 41 Measuring the Level of Validity of Blended Learning in the Mathematical Economics Course of Management Study Program https://jestp.com/index.php/estp/article/view/1588 <p>This study aimed to develop a blended learning program for mathematical economics course to meet both valid and practical aspects. After examining the prior literature on the "Double Reduction" policy and teacher professional development, this study conducted in-depth interviews with 15 elementary and secondary school teachers to comprehend the complexity of teacher learning. In this study, the grounded theory method was used to analyze how instructors learn through the interaction of personal and external factors. Individuals engage with the learning environment to acquire and reconstruct knowledge experiences that contribute to the growth of pupils, as demonstrated by the findings. Teacher professional learning differs from teacher professional development in that it consists of three fundamental dimensions: individual factors, external support systems, and contextual elements. Motivation, ideas regarding learning, and professional identity are personal aspects of teacher learning. In addition, the objective, motivation, organization, and evaluation within the context of the "Double Reduction" strategy influenced the professional development of teachers as contextual variables. External support systems, such as teacher learning communities, school-university partnerships, and information technology, connect individual and contextual aspects of the teacher professional learning model. The many parts within the three dimensions interact to construct the processes of teacher's professional development under the "Double Reduction" strategy, giving a research foundation for the theoretical analysis of improving teacher education.</p> Jianping HUANG Xuedi PI Zhengnan HUANG Copyright (c) 2022 2022-09-01 2022-09-01 22 2 194 209 Teaching Quality Management of Civics Education in Indonesia: The Role of Political Interest https://jestp.com/index.php/estp/article/view/1671 <p>This study aims to analyze several factors regarding the civic teaching quality that together impact a person’s willingness to participate in Civic matters.
